Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Glow Aesthetics & Medical Center is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.
What we do
We build and maintain this site with accessibility in mind:
- An on-page accessibility menu. The accessibility button (bottom-left of the site) lets you enlarge the text, switch to a high-contrast theme, underline links, and reduce motion. Your choices are remembered on your device.
- Clear, consistent structure. We use proper headings, lists, and page landmarks so the site is easier to navigate with a keyboard or a screen reader.
- Readable contrast and type. We aim for sufficient color contrast and legible fonts throughout.
- Meaningful labels. Buttons, links, and the embedded map include descriptive labels, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Respect for motion preferences. Animations are kept subtle and turn off automatically when your device — or our accessibility menu — asks for reduced motion.
Third-party content
Some features connect to outside services, such as our online scheduler (Vagaro) and the embedded Google Map. These are maintained by third parties and follow their own accessibility practices, which we can't guarantee.
Feedback and assistance
We're always working to improve. If you run into an accessibility barrier, or you have a suggestion, we'd genuinely like to hear from you — please reach us through the contact details in the Visit Us section of our site. If you need information from the site in a different format, let us know and we'll do our best to help.
